The Lake Chelan Wine Alliance is proud to announce the 2025 Matching Grant Program—a strategic investment in the visibility, identity, and collective voice of our wine region.
This limited grant opportunity offers up to $1,000 in matching funds to support Lake Chelan Wine Alliance members in the creation of professional photography and video content through a partnership with Heirloom Creatives, an award-winning local media studio.
As a region built on craftsmanship, hospitality, and connection to place, our ability to communicate those values through high-quality visual storytelling is vital. This program supports member wineries in producing content that not only enhances their individual brand presence, but also contributes to a growing media library representing the Lake Chelan Wine Valley as a whole.

- Grant applications will be considered in the order received, with final selection limited to 10 total members.

Eligibility & Timeline
The Matching Grant will cover 50% of the total cost of content production, up to a maximum of $1,000 per member, for the first ten (10) wineries to apply and be approved. This content will:
- Be tailored specifically to your winery, highlighting your unique story, people, and product.
- Be yours to use freely across your digital and print marketing.
- Also be licensed for inclusion in the Lake Chelan Wine Valley content library, supporting regional tourism, industry advocacy, and collaborative promotion efforts.
The following grants are available
- 15-minute discovery call & planning consultation
- Up to 1 hour of on-site production
- 50–100 proof images to review
- 20 professionally edited, high-resolution images
- Includes the Photography Package, plus:
- Up to 1 additional hour of on-site production
- 30–60 second custom banner video
- 2–3 minute 4k cinematic highlight reel
Packages
Yes! Your winery will receive full rights to use the content across your own digital and print marketing platforms.
Do I get to keep the content that’s created?
Selected content may also be added to the Lake Chelan Wine Valley Media Library, which the Wine Alliance uses to promote the region through tourism campaigns, media outreach, and regional branding initiatives. This helps elevate not only your winery—but the valley as a whole.
How else will the content be used?
Depending on your package selection, shoots range from 1 to 2 hours on-site, with a brief discovery/planning call beforehand. All editing and delivery are handled by Heirloom Creatives.
What’s the time commitment for the shoot?
Absolutely. During your planning call, you’ll collaborate with the Heirloom Creatives team to identify what story or experience best represents your winery. Grant funding can’t be used for bottle shots.
Can I choose what’s filmed or photographed?
